We are actively seeking landowners who want to care for the next generation of their forests and ensure a sustainable wood supply for the future. “Cut and run” is not an option — we work with those committed to growing, tending, and improving their woodlands.
Through our industry connections, we can cover the cost of silviculture operations, meaning the work can be done FREE OF CHARGE!
We’re looking for sites that need:
- Tree planting
- Manual weeding / early competition control (ECC)
- Pre-commercial thinning (PCT)

Although Balsam fir has declined in value as a timber species, it is still one of the most profitable crops when properly managed for Christmas trees.
We are actively recruiting new lots — looking for properties with strong Balsam fir regeneration and potential for Christmas tree production. Whether you want guidance or a fully hands-off approach, we handle everything from planning to harvest.
